St Paul’s Square represents the first phase of Liverpool’s new Commercial Quarter Masterplan centred on Old Hall Street and the surface car park accessed from Pall Mall.

St Paul’s Square will set the quality benchmark for the entire commercial district where new standards will be attained for the quality of the design and materials for both the buildings and the spaces between the buildings. English Cities Fund (ECf) has taken up the mantle for delivering this flagship project.

ECf’s masterplan comprises an office based mixed use development of 5 buildings around a public square. Phase One is under construction comprising 125,000 sq ft of office space (pre let to law firm Hill Dickinson), 50 apartments, a restaurant, a 397 space multi storey car park and a major new public space.

5 St Paul's Square forms the second phase and provides 133,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation overlooking the public square. Law firm DWF and Bank of Scotland Corporate have taken 44,000 sq ft and 11,950 sq ft respectively.
