Liverpool’s long-awaited new destination St Paul’s Square opened on Saturday 20th October with the unveiling of its show apartment.Situated on Old Hall Street, St Paul’s Square is one of the city’s keynote regeneration projects. It features 50 one and two bedroom apartments, 130,000 sq ft Grade A office space and cosmopolitan cafes, restaurants and bars.
The show apartment, designed by local specialists, Kingston Shaw, is a testament to stylish and functional city living, utilising the space beautifully and providing prospective buyers with a glimpse of what can be achieved.
The apartments at St Paul’s Square are among the most spacious in the city and have been designed with owner-occupiers in mind. Prices start from £122,000, providing a great opportunity for first time buyers to get on the property ladder and avoid paying stamp duty.
Catie Evans, sales and marketing director for ECf Residential, said: “We have designed larger than average apartments and there are only five to each floor. It is our belief that this will add exclusivity to the development, as the scale feels more intimate and personal.
“We hope this will prove more attractive to owner occupiers, who prefer to get to know their neighbours and feel very much a part of the building. “
The other elements of the scheme include three commercial buildings, secure parking, retail space and a public square. St Paul’s Square will be the first development completed by ECf, which is a joint venture between Muse Developments, English Partnership and Legal & General. ECf is working on five other high-profile regeneration projects around the UK, all based on the vision to create a peaceful environment for people who enjoy the best of urban living and working.
