St Paul’s Square represents the first phase of Liverpool’s New Commercial District Masterplan centered on Old Hall Street and Pall Mall. The masterplan provides for in excess of 1.5 million square feet of high quality commercial floorspace, apartments, ancillary retail space, extensive new public realm and car parking.
The first phase of St Paul’s Square comprises 125,000 sq ft of prime office space (pre let to law firm Hill Dickinson), 50 apartments, restaurant space and a 400 space car park, all overlooking the square. Phase One will be available for occupation in Summer 2007.
A second phase is also under construction which will set new standards for office space in Liverpool and will be the most prestigious business address in the city. When complete in April 2008, it will provide 133,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation overlooking the square.
