Phase One of St Paul's Square incorporates two retail/leisure opportunities overlooking St Paul's Square. The units extend to 1,945 sq ft and 3775 sq ft. The smaller unit forms part of the ground floor of the office building and the larger unit is the ground floor of the apartment building. Both units will benefit from outdoor seating in St Paul's Square.

  • The main entrance to the Plaza Office Building (350,000 sq ft) will be re-located to the centre of the Building during 2007. The main entrance will therefore open directly onto St Paul's Square
